NO vulgarity or rude language.
NO trolling, flaming, or spamming, unless in the spam forum.

Signatures should stay within 550 x 250, within reason. If it's a bit bigger you probably won't be called on it but just keep them reasonable.

Avatars need to be 150 x 200 or preferably smaller.

Other than that I think there's not much to say.
